I've used Payless a number of times for my glass repair needs - mainly because their customer service is excellent. They do great work repairing my glass but they also go out of their way to help me get to and from where I need to go. Simran is a wonderful representative for the company behind the front desk.

Great family owned company to work with! Always friendly and helpful staff, they respond quickly and work efficiently. They have been the only provider of glass repairs we have used for the past 8 years because of the excellent service they provide! They are upfront and honest about deadlines so we can plan repairs and our customers needs. If your looking for a great place to get glass repairs I'd stop searching and pick up the phone!

I had an excellent experience with this glass repair shop! The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free. I had a challenging schedule to work around with my job and childcare, but the customer service team was so patient and understanding. They gave me multiple options to make the process work for me. Originally, I had plan to leave my car overnight and pick it up the next morning. To my surprise, they called me the same day and let me know they had already repaired the window! They even provided a convenient drop-off and pick-up service to and from my home. I’m beyond impressed with their service and highly recommend them!

We have used Payless Glass a number of times for their mobile windshield services. Each and everytime they fit us in on short notice, and came to our location with their mobile unit. The technitions know exactly what they are doing, they did a great job and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend 10/10.

Highly recommend :) The staff was very friendly and accommodating:) I was able to drop my car off in the morning of my appointment and picked it up at the end of the day after work :) They offered me a vehicle but I was walking distance so I didn’t need one. They not only did a great job on the repair but vacuumed and wiped down my kids mess of cheerios and crumbs lol:) I will always prefer to help out a local family owned business and recommend if you have a glass repair to check them out :)

Sometimes a mom and pop looking business in a plaza may seem intimidating, however this is a great professional business. Transparency and honesty with their work. They do great outsourcing details with their work which I think is awesome. I've had tons of friends and family be serviced by them and only great things to say.
