Yes. A small amount of clear resin is injected into the chip, crack, or star when a windshield repair is done. This simply fills up the crack or chip with a material to help prevent it from further cracking.

In most cases, as long as you have comprehensive coverage, your insurance will pay to repair and or replacement of your windshield. As we as your windshield it usually covers or other parts broke such as, back glass and or door glass etc. Noting windshield, door, back glass replacement the deductible will be your cost. (some restrictions apply)

Keep in mind that it is illegal to drive with a cracked or broken windshield, especially if the crack is anywhere near the driver’s direct line of sight. If it appears too dangerous to drive, then don’t. We also urge you to research the laws in your area concerning driving a vehicle with a damaged windshield. Please be aware that a broken windshield compromises the strength of your vehicle.

Yes. Your rearview mirror will be removed for service and then reattached to your new windshield by our skilled technicians.

If the damage is too close to the vehicle’s body, the repair will not be possible, and you will have to opt for windshield replacement. If the damage occurred in the driver’s line of sight, replacement is preferable, as vision is involved. (Insurance rules and regulations apply)

Most insurance policies coverage up to 3 repairs on one windshield.  If you have multiple problematic cracks, repairs may not be possible.
