Glass replacement
Windshield replacements in Langley, BC are warrantied against manufacturing defects for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. This warranty expires when the vehicle is sold. We will repair any repairable rock chip for one year after replacement. Tempered glass replacement is warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year.
Windshield Repairs
We guarantee windshield repairs on the vehicle for the duration of ownership. If the damaged portion of the windshield cracks again in the same spot, we will credit the amount of the repair back to the insured (customer) after PayLess Glass has installed the windshield, and the deductible is paid in full.
Our Auto Glass Service Guarantee
The installation of any glass part is guaranteed against leaks for the duration of ownership, except for leaking due to body deterioration. Also, there shall be no guarantee where breakage or damage occurs due to vandalism, theft, acts of God, or self-inflicted damage. Should any manufacturing defects occur within this period, we will supply and install all necessary parts free of charge.
